How can you save me if you can't save yourself? With nothing left to live for, I'll still find something to die for.

They told me to forget everything that I've been through, but I can't throw it all away in the blink of an eye. They asked me to forget what I've seen in my life, but my memories have defined the man that I've become.
I can't stop asking myself, "Where did I go wrong, is this all my fault?" I can't stop asking myself, "Where did I go wrong?"
I blame myself for everything, everything that we've been through. I tried to let it go, but the pain resurfaces all the same. I'm not afraid to die anymore, but I'm still afraid to live. I'm not afraid to die anymore, but I'm still afraid to live.
One thing I've learned, and that I will never forget, so many things will come and go. And nothing good will last forever, so count your blessings, hold on to what you love. And knowing that some things will never change is heartbreaking, it's heartbreaking. Still we push forth, never giving up, and never giving in, because this fight means everything to me.
I will always remember those famous last words that you said to me, and the scars remain to prove things wont be the same now that you've taken everything from me.
I will always remember, and I will never forget.
